Jeld Wen did not reply to several emails requesting assistance in locating replacement parts for their bifold doors. Multiple Emails were sent to Customer Service via the company website submission as well as cold contact via multiple email addresses for company employees.

Each was met with a "you will be contacted with 48 hrs" response. NEVER happened. Upon searching the web it seems that such a lack of customer assistance is the norm for this company.

Since Jeld Wen seems totally incapable of simple, BASIC Customer Service…..answering emails….we have removed all Jeld Wen doors from our homes and replaced them with your competitor’s products. We prefer to deal with better manufacturers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: FIX your customer service.
