I bought very expensive Jeld-Wen Aurora doors.They look very nice but very poor quality finishes.

After a few years the lead inserts in the glass started deforming and the face of the door have thin cracks. I called customer service and surprisingly they said the warranty was good for five years only for products before 2009 and they are not willing to cover those defects. We were told the warranty was for 15 years.

I see that the 2009 and newer products have fifteen years warranty and I expected a company to stand behind their product.I hope they will reconsider their warranty for customers that bought products prior to 2009.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $12000.

Preferred solution: REPLACE MY DOORS.

I didn't like: Quality of door, Service of warranty department.
