they promised life time replacement and claim to be AZ based and they dont stand behind their products. First time I tried to call them they said it was their sub contractor who installed them wrong and when I called them, they were out of business.

I will never use them or recommend anyone use them.

I called them for 6 months leaving messages and trying to get ANYONE to call me back and when they did they denied that sales person ever agreed to it. they wont even give me a copy of the warrenty so I can review it.

Dont use them, you have been warned!

Spend a little now - Spend a whole lot later, this is what cheap people get themselves into. Do not feel sorry for this individual one bit - I deal with " I want the cheapest and a life time warranty" blah blah blah, and when the windows and doors don't perform they cry and cry lol.
